KILGOUR SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT

Kilgour School will provide a positive educational environment in which all students are challenged to meet or exceed the state defined academic standards and to become responsible and cooperative contributors to our changing world.                       

Kilgour School received the rating of "Excellent with Distinction" by the Ohio Department of Education on the Ohio State Report Card for the 2007-2008 school year! Kilgour is the first Cincinnati Public School to receive such an honor.

Kilgour School is a neighborhood school in the Cincinnati Public School District. The grade K-6 school is known for its caring and generous parents, outstanding and well-educated faculty,and involved community and students who thrive academically and socially.  School Tours are conducted September thru May, on the first Wednesday of each month. Interested persons are to meet in the main office at 10am.  Feel free to contact the main office for more information at 513-363-3000. Out of Boundaries Applications (Waiting List).  Those interested in attending Kilgour School for the 2009-2010 school year who are out of the school boundaries/neighborhoods but within the Cincinnati Public School District are to complete an "Out of Boundaries" application. *The new date for accepting Out of Bounds applicants begins on Tuesday Sept. 8, 2009.
